In 1987, Paul (second actor from left) was reunited with “Carolyn,” the world’s only airworthy B-26 Marauder at the time, for a national TV commercial. Sadly, the ship crashed in 1994, killing Paul’s good friends, Vernon Thorp, Walter Wooton and Tom Cloyd.
 
“Air Paulie” took flight under blue skies and a parasail during the production of a promotional DVD for Sea Trek at Coral World Marine Park. A Vaught Corsair is backdrop for Paul as he shoots “Tora! Tora! Texas!” a documentary about an airshow honoring the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. Deaton named the airshow, which was flown on 7 December 1981, the 40th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

A coral farming operation on Dominica is featured in Paul’s film,
“Dominica: The Uncommon Commonwealth.” Paul’s friend, Make Salzer, owner of Cabrits Dive Centre, gave the crew a comprehensive tour of the facility.
