This Public Service Announcement was produced and directed by my dear friend and colleague, Loue Lambert, of Lambert Media Team, on St. Thomas. I was brought in as Director of Photography. It was a lot of fun to light this spot. It is hard to find a really dramatic parking garage in the Virgin Islands.
